PU Grouting

Polyurethane injection grouting solutions for treating water leakage through cracks, construction joints and concrete structures where suitable.

Overview

PU Grouting

When water is actively leaking through a crack, a joint or honeycombed concrete, surface coatings alone are rarely enough. Polyurethane (PU) injection grouting seals the leak path from within.

Injection packers are drilled into the concrete along the crack and PU resin is pumped under pressure. The resin reacts with water, expands and forms a flexible, watertight seal deep inside the structure.

Benefits

What you can expect.

  • Stops active leaks

Water-reactive resins work even when the crack is wet or flowing.

  • Minimal demolition

Treatment is carried out through small drilled ports rather than large-scale breaking.

  • Flexible seal

Elastic PU accommodates small structural movement without re-cracking.

Our process

  1. 01

    Site inspection

We map the crack or joint, check how active the leak is and confirm that PU grouting is suitable.

  2. 02

    Surface preparation

Ports are drilled at calculated angles and spacing; injection packers are fixed along the leak path.

  3. 03

    Professional application

PU resin is injected under controlled pressure until the leak path is filled.

  4. 04

    Quality check & handover

Packers are removed, holes are sealed and the area is checked for any residual seepage.
